Imran Traders is a wholesale food seasoning supplier based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We specialise in 707 Chicken Zaiqa Powder and a wide range of bulk food seasonings for commercial and retail distribution. These terms govern your use of our website and any business transactions conducted with us.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

3 Orders & Pricing

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by our team
• Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice
• A confirmed order is only binding once accepted by Imran Traders in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or call)
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply for certain products — these will be communicated at the time of enquiry
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion

4 Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation
• For new customers, full advance payment may be required
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery (where applicable)
• Ownership of goods remains with Imran Traders until full payment is received

5 Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, stock availability, and courier conditions
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier or delivery agent
• The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies within 24 hours

6 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will consider a return or replacement in the following cases:

• The product received is different from what was ordered
• The product is visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery
• The product has expired or is near its expiry date at the time of delivery

All return claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, with photographic evidence provided via WhatsApp or email.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and branding — is the property of Imran Traders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8 Limitation of Liability
